Nonwoven textiles are engineered fabrics used in a wide range of industry sectors. From automotive and medical, to aerospace and construction, nonwoven fabrics are everywhere. Because of global competition, innovation and access to new product development is critical. And much of that innovation is occurring at NC State University's College of Textiles-home to the world's first Nonwovens Institute.
