Relocation Services
Thinking about relocating your business? Not sure where to go for help? Wake County Economic Development has helped hundreds of businesses in the relocation process. Whether you are moving across town, or across country, we offer our professional services-which are fully confidential-at no charge.
Below you will find a partial list of our services. For more information about how we can help you, please don't hesitate to call Casey Cronce at (919)664-7066.
Available Building and Site Inventory.
We have access to a wealth of information about available buildings and sites in Wake County. If you give us your project parameters, we can develop a list of properties that fit your needs. Because we are not real estate professionals, this service is offered complimentary and without any expectations.
Community Information, Demographics and Research.
A major component of what we do is track and report on community information. We are an excellent resource for all kinds of information specific to Wake County and the Research Triangle Region. Are you interested in our education systems, population growth, major employers, new and expanding companies or recent accolades? We can help with those, and so much more.
Community Briefing and Tour.
If you want to begin to familiarize yourself with what Wake County has to offer your business, we can help. Tell us what you are interested in learning and we can help arrange an itinerary to address your specific needs.
Corporate Executive and Employee Briefing.
If you have an executive team, or group of employees coming to Wake County, we will be happy to develop a presentation to address specific items. If it would be easier for us to come to your business location to provide that presentation, we can do that as well.
Employee Relocation Assistance.
We work with the areas premier corporate relocation specialists to ensure a smooth transition for your employees.
Post Relocation Services.
After you have relocated, we remain committed to helping your business be successful in Wake County. In fact, we have dedicated staff for this very purpose. To learn more, visit the existing industry services section of this site.
