The Sphere Business Incubator has opened in Fuquay-Varina. Sphere is a collaborative office environment that focuses on start-up businesses in simulation, game development, and defense technology. The incubator offers tenants access to full-furnished office space and a shared conference room for $300 per month.
The Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Commission partnered with Wake Technical Community College to have students design the logo and assist in some key facets of the facility's design, including color and graphics.
“We were very pleased to be able to work with the talented students at Wake Tech to help us come up with a cutting-edge logo design for Sphere as well as interior design ideas for the space itself,” said Larry Witek, chair of the Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Commission.
